Hello today I'm gonna be showing you how to take your tables created in Microsoft Word export them as a PDF and integrate them into the request for Proposal PDF document so before we begin you'll want to make sure that your table is completely finished formatting done and that we're ready to export it as a PDF now in some versions of Microsoft Word your export to PDF button maybe along the top here and it'll probably say Acrobat on the top here or it will say PDF if that's the case for you then click on that button at the top of the screen along this toolbar and export your document as a PDF in my version of word I'm going to do that by going to the file menu over here clicking the tab and going down to where it says export then I'll click on the button here that says create PDF XPS and I will go ahead and save that on my desktop now as soon as I hit publish here it should convert my word document into a PDF and immediately pop it up inside of Adobe Acrobat make sure that you have open file after publishing checked here to make it pop up in Acrobat as soon as it's been converted and there we go there is our document converted into a PDF so now we're going to go into how to copy this table and to get it into our request for Proposal over here the first thing that you'll want to do is go up to the tools pane here open it up and open up this section here content editing you'll want to click the edit text and images button here now after you do that it should highlight the table and put a box around the entire area so that you know that you're in editing mode now going to click and drag a box around the entire table to select it you should see a blue border around the table telling you that the entire area around the table has been selected we're now going to go up to the top menu here we're gonna go to the edit button and we're gonna say copy we're going to move over to the request for proposal a PDF template over here on this side we're going to go to the tools pane like we did in the previous PDF we're going to go to content editing we're going to click on the edit text and images button and we're gonna go up to the edit menu at the top and we're going to say paste so it it has now pasted our table into the PDF but as you can tell it's really not where we want it we're going to want to drag that up and into place in the section here on the screen so in order to do that before we do anything ...
