Instructions and Help about https www free fillable forms

Hi this is Joe from jojoba calm and today I'm going to show you how to make a fillable PDF now I'm going to assume at this stage that you've already got PDF made that you want to fill in and this is going to be how to fill in the boxes and it's all free which is great and it works with Google and Dropbox now I have a bit of a hate hate relationship with Dropbox so we're going to go with Google who I love so you need to go to dock hub comm and then sign up or sign in and once you land on your page you can add a new so import new document so my document is in Google because Google Drive because that's where I keep pretty much everything so let's just pop over there and get it and so this is a document I made earlier and as you can see there's a couple of box used to fill in it so two pages long but some of my clients prefer to fill things in online digitally rather than print things out and you know it saves paper and it's great and this is also really cool that if you want a client to fill in information and send it back to you getting them to do it like this is a really way a good way to do it rather than in a like a Word document which then gets messy so all you need to do is go to the manage fields click on that and then you get this little list of things down here so this is a paragraph box so I want the paragraph field and you get this orange box if you just click it kind of drops it and then you can grab the corner there just grab hold of it with your mouse and stretch it to fit Oh that one's done and if you click this again it's going to give you a second box which I don't want so I want text fields for the other lines so we drop this here and that's far too short the whole length and then you'll see what's really clever is that it automatically makes the next box the same size so there's no around trying to get stall to match and everything and it gives you these guidelines so you can make sure that they're all lined up properly so if we just wish through I'll show you how fast this is so you just click your mouse to drop the box in the right place and then the next page we want a few more of those so we'll drop this yeah that's too long so I'll just make it a bit shorter and then this one is too short so I'm like it's a bit longer but as you can see it's super super easy and fast and that's it
